Brevard Contractor's School manuals and DVD's on how to be a contractor and how to pass the Florida Contractor's Exam. I hope people will use this to become their own contractor and help neighbors build and remodel homes. This will include finance for real estate and blue print design for commercial and residential remodeling.
John Beasley Construction LLC. I will post photo's of renovation projects on commercial plaza's and hurricane damage remodeling.
Kennedy Point Maritime School, I will provide an overview of my maritime program at KPM, weather forms for coastal and offshore vessels. Basically, the school will offer a 100 ton program with a number of endorsements and the opportunity to get sea-time for those taking classes. The plan is to buy a large commercial catamaran and do sailing trips to Panama and back. Most people dream of sailing off to the Caribbean or the Med but they are untrained and afraid. Our goal is to provide expert training and the chance to take your first long cruise with others. I will provide an overview of diesel engine maintenance for 100 ton captains.
Business Research Solutions, I will post a number of feasibility studies, a master's thesis or 2 and a MBA marketing data analysis pad as well as teaching notes from accounting and other vocational classes I have taught.
The Utility of Christianity, is a draft I considered using for a Ph.D. dissertation in religious history. I decided not to spend the money on getting a Ph.D. in religious history, and upgraded my USCG Captain's license instead. I will post a link to the manuscript of the book that you can download for free. This is an excellent book for understanding the function of Christianity in European society from the 1st Century to current times.
